We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from the official Epitaph Records Store. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original condition.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your merchandise is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging; please note that vinyl records must remain sealed to be eligible for a return.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship and Track
Send your return to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
